The wedding took place at Beas River Country Club at Sheung Shui, a wedding venue where I frequent fondly. The entire décor there created an atmospheric environment that was reminiscent of a rustic farm in a European country. Complemented by the sunny weather, this outdoor wedding was almost like a dream come true.
I especially like the special element added in the wedding called First Look. It means that the bride would show her wedding dress to the groom for the very first time at a chosen spot during the wedding. The stunning beauty of Catherine in the elegant wedding dress was revealed like a surprise to Anthony, giving the wedding an extra sense of mystery and romance. It also became a golden opportunity for emotive photos.
As Anthony is currently a policeman, there was a ritual-like sword ceremony in the wedding too, where Anthony and his friends from work all wore the traditional police uniforms, each with a sword fastened to their waists. This unique ceremony further heightened the feeling of grandeur and solemnity of the day.
